Get that error when launch project?
They said that its a bug from android.
The solution is restart the system. But if it still not solved go to super user and remove /temp/android

Error main.out.xml android eclipse

Resolved here using this simple way :

Deleted the xxx.out.xml, if still can’t run, please follow this Eclipse ->Project->Clean…->Choose your project->OK

Set the cursor in your *.java, Run it
